When using complete motion capture I repeatedly received “error code. no fragment.” when attempting to view a clip. The issue appears to have resolved itself after 20 minutes or so.
Sometimes the servers, like all electronic products, have unexplained glitches that either clear up or move on to the stage of being identifiable and fixable problems. This type of thing often occurs when there is a surge in activity placing sudden excess loads on systems.
The usual fix is to increase capacity to handle more but it is an experienced based process.
That being said if the problem continues definitely Open a Support Ticket if it keeps happening.
