I keep receiving Cam Plus emails stating I haven’t used my Cam Plus coupon but actually I did use it.
These emails persist and checking Wyze services I have used them, also the coupon code is invalidated because it was used.
Now I started getting notices that I have a Cam Plus credit to use, checked services page and no there is not a credit as I already used weeks ago.
Seems this notifications system is not in sync with the Cam Plus coupons or credits.
I have noticed the same-- notifications to use Cam Plus, even though I have it working (very well) on all 4 of my Wyze Cams, When I bought my most recent (V3) cam, I also bought its Plus membership, but I had to wait for the free trial to expire before I could activate it.
How long has this been happening? You may want to contact Wyze Customer Support about this issue!

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
I have the same experience. I kept getting reminders to redeem a Cam Plus subscription that’s already been redeemed. I just ignored them.
I even got an email that my V3 has shipped, a week after it was delivered.
Wyze’s record keeping is broken, too.
Same here. I’ve been ignoring them. Not worth the hassle calling Customer Support. Since several people are experiencing the same, maybe Wyze can proactively look into it???

I agree; it’s a minor issue, since the cameras and service work well. It would be in the company’s interest to coordinate their databases, and if they monitor the forums, perhaps they will.
They do not really monitor the forums, it is primarily a user to user forum. The best way would be to contact support however I will try to alert someone of the issue.
