Hello, I purchased the wyze robot vacuum last year, I still haven’t receive my EA backer, I chose a V3 cam… The code you provided does not work. I have email you several times and keep getting an email saying the V3 camera will arrive. It has been several months and nothing has arrived.
Anyone else had the same problem?
