WyzeTom and WyzeBen do not exist.
This is primarily a user-to-user forum. There are no Wyze Support employees on this forum.
Mods are simply Wyze product users with the added responsibility of keeping this forum cordial and running smoothly. Mods do not have the means to compel Wyze to act on behalf of a forum user.
I linked this topic in a reply to the Wyze product announcement for better visibility to Wyze. There is no guarantee they will reply or even see it.
