My tow doorbells offline. One facing east one facing west. Attempted to disconnect but nothing.
I had an issue when I connected my second doorbell as well. It might not be the same and I am no expert but I replaced my old 16v transformer with a 24v transformer. My guess is the old 16v transformers are not really designed to have a continuous current applied to them. They are designed to activate a mechanical chime every so often not power two video door bells. After I replaced the transformer not only did the issue go away but I put a third doorbell on the circuit as well just for fun. All three have been running non stop since.
