DOORBELL live feed displays 90° counterclockwise on Alexa Show 8

Integrated numerous WYZE products with ALEXA. When adking Alexa to display live feed on Alexa Show 8, video feed displays 90° counterclockwise. Exhausted all avenues to fix. WYZE responded this is a KNOWN ISSUE & REQUEST LOG. I wish i had known this before purchasing, especially after waiting so long for delivery. Getting impression WYZE should focus on products being sold and not rolling out new products. I’m heavily invested in their products; Doorbell, 2-Bands, 1 Scale, 4 v2 Cams, 10 Sensors & 2 motion sensors.

Yes…need the feed to Alexa in portrait orientation!

Seems to me that testing compatability & performance of a basic feature such as display on a widely used product; Amazon Alexa Show8, would have been discovered. Ugh. This is why I bought the doorbell; to see activity on Show 8.

Agree. That and the tremendous delay in connecting are not acceptable.

Absolutely. I contacted WYZE, was given given number, and was instructed to send log.

If you could get them to allow microphone with the Echo Show too, that would be great. The 90° view is annoying. At least it doesnt auto correct when you flip it to the side. :joy:

Still no answer from WYZE. Stating WYZE doorbell is comastible with Alexa is completely misleading, if not false. Today, I waited 55 minutes on hold today, fed up with no response, i disconnected. Abandoning customers who bought WYZE Sense products is BAD BUSINESS, especially after their convincing advertisement on product support. I’m filing complaint sith Attorney General’s Office here in Florida, Wyze will have to respond to her.
