Everything seems to be working correctly on my Samsun Galazy Tablet A, Model SM-T510 but not my Motorola Moto G6 phone.
My Moto G6 cell phone under events it gives error code 07 with the time recorded 00:00/00:00. With Cam plus it shows the accurate amount of recorded time and (person/vehicle, etc) but with same resulting error when clicking on the event image.
When in the doorbell group it appears that there is nothing in cloud, just the recorded static image. When clicking on the image and then clicking on play, it only displays the spinning circle icon then times out.
UGH!
