Doorbell Cam V2 - No notifications, cant access cloud

My Doorbell Cam V2 has not been sending notifications or flagging anything. Kept saying “No video available at this time”. Reformat SD card, no change. Tried everything, then did a factory reset and reformat SD card afterwards, and can now at least access SD card recordings. I can not, however, access the cloud(with this camera only, I have 4 in use currently). No notifications come through, no recognition features are flagged, nothing. Its been 3 days and Im at a loss. My floodlight cam is working fine. Pan cam and v3 working fine as well. I do recall updating firmware for this camera recently, but am not seeing many issues reported about this issue. Any thoughts?

I’m having a similar issue with a different cam type. The new cams will live and act as if theyve recorded an event but cant replay any cloud save and no notifications for said events are coming through. My old cams work fine.

I finally seemed to have resolved the issue. Had to disconnect the power until the light went off (+/-2-3mins). Reconnect as if it was a new device. Seems to be working now.

Unfortunately, this has an integrated battery and there doesn’t seem to be a way to power cycle mine.
