Is there a stable version of the doorbell cam? I love it when it works, but it randomly goes offline for hours at a time. I’ve posted previously and got all the troubleshooting tips, which I faithfully completed. Logs - yes. Tickets - yes. Voltage and wifi check - yes. I can immediately delete and re-add to my app, or just wait for it to randomly re-join. It’s not me, it’s you. I’d love to put a doorbell cam on my back door, but I don’t want more uncertainty because my Ring actually works predictably.
I personally have had no issues with the Wyze Duo Cam Battery Doorbell, I run it wired.
I also have the Wyze Battery Video Doorbell on my back door and 2 fence gates. They have worked fine with no issues. The batteries discharge fast in the winter, but other than that, no problems.
