I’m having trouble viewing events from 12 hours ago (android). When clicking on an event it just goes back to the WYZE logo screen. I see that this was an issue with others but the thread doesn’t mention ‘androids’ and I have NO IDEA how to ‘search’ threads with keywords on this forum. Please forgive me if I have repeated an ‘already tackled’ issue. I also have no idea how to submit a ticket. I was wondering if I should uninstall then re-install the app. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
Welcome, @classymom925! You can uninstall and re-install the app without losing any event videos. They are stored on the server and connected to your account. If you want to submit a ticket you can do that here.
