Does anyone else have a bad feeling about Wyze?

Does anyone else have a bad feeling about Wyze? So, so, so many new product releases, yet older products are not being supported or even equipped with what they originally promised. Wyze lock for examp, google home was coming May 2020 (which is why I bought it), then it was changed to coming soon, now it is in our long term goals… I am reading that the wyze thermostat doesn’t allow for 2nd stage furnaces to work properly…so much for an efficient furnace… Why would they release that and not mention that or have a fix yet? I received the doorbell, and because I don’t trust Wyze I want to return it within the 30 days (haven’t even opened it yet), I have made 3 attempts to return using their system, and I have yet to hear anything or a return email/tag. Now, they say online the return system is down and they don’t have an eta yet…that seems strange for a tech firm…THEN I just got an email saying due to covid and weather, the system is down…which is it? They can’t even get their story straight…My spidey senses are going off… I have stop backing wyze and purchasing anything from them (hence the return of the doorbell)…I just feel the push for new is causing wyze to go down hill and their quality control with it…
