Direct contact information about order cancelled by YOU (Wyze)

Simple question.

I ordered 5 cameras about 10 days ago and I got a message, all smiles, saying that it was coming (not a delivery notice, you know).

My card was charged and I have been waiting for it.

Now I asked my wife to do a quick CC check (she was online at the time) and I see that I have been refunded my charge… but I did not receive any notice.

I would LIKE to know what is going on, but there does not seem to be an email I can link to to attach my order number and ASK what is going on… All it is are these forums (if I missed it, I apologize and ask to know where the link can be found… I looked!).

PLEASE let me know what is going on. I would like to know if/when these little buggers will be sent my wat (Wyze cams V3).


Refunded is new to me. This is basically a user-to-user forum. You should probably contact Wyze Support at +1 (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT, & Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT (add 3 hours for ET times) to see what that is about.


Did you order them from the Wyze store?
What were they? V2? V3? Pan? Outdoor?

I ordered 5 V3’s a month ago, was double charged, got one charge cancelled.
