Did anyone else get screwed out of person detection?

I filled out the email when they started talking about a pay service way back to to get the grandfathered person detection only to have them yank my access. Did this happen to anyone else?

Did you also sign up for the legacy person detection and choose $0 as your donation so it was still free?

If so, it should show up in account/services
