Diagnostic Log - Email receipt needs more information

When I submit a Diagnostic Log, I am sent an email acknowledging the Log was received. The only info in that email is the Log ID number.

It would be helpful if that email contained the info submitted so I can refer back to it when I go to open a ticket, this would also be helpful to track ‘repeat issues’.

Wyze Product:
Name of Wyze Product: (such as Garage Camera, or Front Door Entry Sensor, etc. or Hummingbird WCO)
Issue Category:
Agent name (optional)
thumbnails of submitted pictures.


It would also be helpful if we could access this info by tapping on the Log ID in the Wyze app Log History (Wyze app Home > Account > Wyze Support > Log History):
