Device sharing issues?

Anyone else having difficulty sharing devices? I’m using Android to share with my wife’s account, following steps in support site. When I share, I’m seeing a network failure toast message but she gets an email saying that devices have been shared. When she logs in, there are no messages in the account setting page-sharing folder. She’s on the iOS app.
Any ideas?

I just tried performing a share and it worked, but I was going Android to Android and also using the beta app, so not exactly the same scenario. I would try contacting support and see if they can be of assistance.

I’m having the same issue. Husband tried to share on ios, didn’t get any errors or anything. I’m on android. Received the email, but don’t see anything in my messages box to accept.
