# Delete All History" Button for Wyze Events

Hi Wyze Team,

It would be great to have a feature in the Wyze app that allows users to delete their entire event history with a single tap, or select specific days to clear at once (bulk delete).

Currently, deleting events one by one or in small batches takes too much time. Having a “Select All” or “Clear All History” option would improve user privacy, convenience, and control over stored event footage.

Agree, the select-specific-days part especially. A busy camera can log dozens of motion events a day, so clearing them a small batch at a time gets old quickly. Even just a Select All button for the day you’re viewing would cover most of what people need.

The only thing I can think of on their side of things is that having a Delete All button would create a LOT of disk activity. Not sure if it would matter in the long run but it would definitely be a side effect.

Another would be when someone deletes all their event videos by mistake and then demands that they need to get them back. 😆 I have a lot of cloud recordings every day and I just let then vanish after the 14 day period.
