I just got the Wyze Cam Pan in. I tried setting it up and it gets stuck. The Camera is positioned up and the swivel at the bottom moves a little then stops. I try to do the setup and it chimes for a second and doesn’t go to the “Ready to connect” sound. Now it does not power on. The yellow light does not stay solid. I plugged into a couple of different outlets. I know the cable works because I tested on my head phones. I own 2 Wyze Cam V2 and they work flawlessly. I hope this just a DOA and not bad engineering. I was very excited about this Camera to. I just saw to topics saying the theirs do not power on. I already put in a Support ticket hopefully they will get back to me soon…
