Camara stopped working properly after I purchased the subscription and when I contacted customer service they were not helpful at all. I have 3 cameras that will go to the garbage!!!
I am very disappointed

Contact support or go to your account on the web site and cancel the cam plus and use cam plus lite is what I recommend.
Sorry you had a bad experience with cam plus.
However, did removing cam plus resolve the issues, or are the cams still not working properly.
Also, what was not working about them?
