Customer Support needs a mobile option

I have grown increasingly frustrated that Wyze cannot complete their own user support because on mobile it disconnects. I understand that I will receive a follow up email but that’s worthless to me if I need help now.

How are you going to primarily use the mobile platform as your main source of business but not be able to get support on said platform. This is something that has never made sense to me.

Support quality has dropped drastically. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO AI FOR SUPPORT. This tactic may be helping your bottom line but it is quickly turning away existing customers, like me.

These two topics surrounding support have been increasingly frustrating in the last year.

My goal with this post is to not be quietly disgruntled but instead voice my opinion and hope for a change.
