Creating a rule to stop notifications and recording

I have a rule set up to stop notifications and detecting motion when I’m home. The notification part works fine, but the camera still records when it picks up motion. I think it is going to the SD card and not the cloud. But, why does it still record if I have it set up not to record motion?

I think turning off event recording may only apply to the cloud clips. Local recording will still continue. If you don’t want it to record at all change the rule to turn off the camera when at home.
