Courtesy Email of Service Renewal

It would be nice customer service if a courtesy email were sent ahead of time of a renewal and charges being added to credit card. Especially when prorated refunds are trying to be minimized. Many tech companies send weeks ahead and again days ahead before charging.

Is it possible to give my subscription to someone if not used? I purchased a 2 year service (on special) when buying the OG but probably won’t use at this time because of structural restrictions.

You have my vote! There are posts here in the forum from users who did get these in the past… but that was from before Wyze transitioned over to a new subscription tracking platform. If they are not doing this anymore, they certainly should be.

No. Subscriptions are non-transferrable and are locked to the account on which they were purchased.

And, I believe, they start immediately.
