A common issue when helping users with technical issues on this forum is getting accurate information on the users app version, os version, etc.
Discord uses this approach:
They have a button in the app that copies “client info” you your clipboard. This includes very specific app version, os type, os version, device model, and any other details that could help community members (or support staff) understand the users situation, instead of asking for all that info individually and there being a potential for error.
This would be a useful addition to the Wyze app. Support chat could automatically prompt you for this info and community volunteers could ask for this.
