Is there a support number that works on the weekend? The number I tried (206-339-9646) just gives a message saying “no support agents available, please call between 5AM and 5PM Pacific time.” This is the message I get on Sat and Sun. So if we have an issue on the weekend, there isn’t any help available? This isn’t how a 1st rate company operates.
Wyze is far from a first rate company. Just be glad you have a phone number. The last time I looked it was near impossible to find.
Forgot to mention, support is not available on weekends or holidays.
