It worked one week. Now can’t connect to the doorbells. Router is connected, chime and it’s within feet.
This is unbelievable. I’m removing and trying to reset more times then camera works.
Please fix the problem for the money for monthly service for the cost.

Did you call into support?
This is a user to user forum. Hopefully someone can offer suggestions.
Try going into the app, go to account (bottom right), then app settings and clear cache.
The. Shut down the app by swiping up on it.
Since you are on Android, long press the app and select app info. From there do a force stop and then go to storage and cache and clear the cache from there. NOT STORAGE.
Restart your phone and try again.
