Connection timing out

Bought 2 Wyze Cams and connection times out on iPhone and iPad
I am connected to 2.4 GHz…

Wifi connectivity issues can be tricky…

2.4 is usually congested and depending on what is in use around you that may cause connectivity issues… It doesn’t help per se that the cameras use only 2.4 to connect…

I would try rebooting your router… and then “restart” each of the cams to see if it self corrects…
