Does anyone ever having connection issue for live streaming from LTE? I’m able to do it if I’m on WIFI. I tried re-installing the app, resetting the network setting on the phone and nothing seems to work. I have Samsung Note 9, and it seems only me that having that issue. My wife can live stream via LTE just fine and she have Samsung Note 9 as well.
@a1xt Welcome to the community. Have you tried turning off the WiFi on your phone and see if it works then? This will force the phone to use the LTE network.
I tried that. I even tried connect using WIFI first then turned off the WIFI, as soon as I turned off the WIFI it couldn’t reconnect.
No problem from here, Ottawa Canada, using LTE.
