Connecting/authenticating slow

When trying to connect to the live feed, the app shows a 3 steps process to connect/authenticate and these are quite slow and take of the order of several seconds (averaging about 8 sec). Any setting that can reduce this? Changing to 360p helped a little but not by much.

Sometime the connection takes forever (10% of the time) and then the only way to recover is to restart the app (Android).

Hey there Cammer,

This may be due to your internet speed. Please ensure your internet speed is able to view 1080P livestreams. If you think your internet is fine, try it on a different device… If the different device works, then reinstall the Wyze app.
