Thanks for adding the follow up! I see they did exactly as I expected them to do as I said in the initial reply. Iâm glad theyâre willing to do a workaround like this for you even though Apple doesnât allow them to issue a refund. Like you said, this at least ensures you get all of your moneyâs worth! Good stuff. I love seeing the employees jumping in to ensure you were taken care of correctly too.
