Confused about new subscription

I see they did exactly as I expected them to do as I said in the initial reply. :slight_smile: I’m glad they’re willing to do a workaround like this for you even though Apple doesn’t allow them to issue a refund. Like you said, this at least ensures you get all of your money’s worth! Good stuff. I love seeing the employees jumping in to ensure you were taken care of correctly too. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
