Computer not recognizing Cam Plus

I signed up for Cam Plus so I can watch on my laptop. When I click on Live stream - Wyze it tells me my Cam V3 needs Cam Plus. What do I need to do to get it recognized.

Did you apply the CamPlus license to the camera? If not, that’s why you can’t view it.

I finally got it working and now it won’t connect on the Web.

What won’t connect? Can you be more specific?

It is showing the camera and the location but when I hit the play arrow, it just spins and no picture.It shows on the app on the phone but not the internet.

It took some time with the spinning arrow but my camera did eventually display on Chrome browser.
