@chastongordon - No joy from Support. I have given up. Which is too bad, because I was considering getting the light strips.

Having same issue with one of my bulbs. It jumps from white to blue on its own.

Same with me, but I’ve just started the ‘adventure’.
Still no resolution, after 18 months and multiple reports of the same issue by others.
The best resolution I’ve found is to purchase another brand of bulb.
I haven’t found any I’d recommend yet, but there are more brands appearing all the time.

Reporting in. I’m having the same issue too. I suspect it’s unrelated to firmware and is a physical issue with the product. The issue has persisted through several firmware version.
Yeah, that’s what I ended up doing. I have been using Ghome / Nite Bird brand, which I purchased from Amazon. They lose wifi connection every now and then, but at least they stay the color I want. I would have preferred the Wyze bulbs, but they simply will not work correctly.
