Color Bulb AND Cam v3 issues

I am so frustrated! So, I have installed 2 v3 Cams with a flood light and they keep dropping from the network. I have had to reset them multiple times, I installed a hotspot that is literally 6-8 feet from the cameras so there should be NO range issues! Both are updated with release. I really don’t know what to do next!

I also installed two color bulbs in bedroom lamp - replaced seglund bulbs that worked fine. One works as expected. The other one worked when I installed it but will not receive commands through Alexa echo device - says that the bulb is not online. However, if I use the Alexa App it sees it and I can control it through the app - makes NO SENSE! If any of you have thoughts or suggestions I’d appreciate hearing from you - I’m at a loss!
