I haven’t used the my cameras for about a year and at the time, they both worked. today, one camera connected automatically and is working fine. The other I power up and press the reset button. The camera says “ready to connect” and that’s all that happens. I get no indication in the app that the camera is there. I tried a factory reset, nothing. I deleted the camera from the original setup in the app. I thought the app would see a new camera and start it’s thing but nothing happens. Is my camera bad? Any help please.

Well, I got the app to show a list of devices under “Add a Product”.
I select my product, do as instructed and then I get an error msg “Network encryption method not supported”. The app works with the other camera, why not with this one?
