Chat Support is Terrible!

I’m trying to return a product and spoke to Wyze support who said they were emailing me a return label. It’s been 6 hours and I still don’t have it, yes I’ve checked my spam folder. I tried contacting them via their Chat BOT thing and when I fill out the form it asks about CamPlus and where I bought the product but their pre made responses have nothing to do with the product I’m returning and it won’t let continue unless I tell what the problem is with CamPlus and where I bought it. Then when I tried to uncheck them it wouldn’t let me. I just want a return label for crying out loud!
