A few days ago my Doorbell Pro started showing up in my Wyze app as offline. The device is charged and powers off, but remains offline. The help pages recommended resetting back to factory settings. It says to press the reset button on the side of the Chime Pro until you hear “reset successful”. I’ve tried this, but it’s not working. It’s not making any sound and it’s not showing any lights. A red light on the Chime blinks briefly when I plug it in, so I know it’s getting power. Doesn’t seem like you can just buy a Chime separately, so I’m stuck on what to do next.
I have other Wyze cameras on my network and they are showing up as expected in the Wyze app, so overall connectivity does not seem to be the problem.
