Can't open my account on my iPad

I have my account running fine on my iPhone but when I download the app on my iPad, it want me to sign up for a new account. Need help please, Jim

Are you using the same UserName and Password for your Wyze Account and the one on your iPhone?

To check this, go to the app on your phone, then select Account at the bottom right and then Tap Account in the list. The Email address would be what you are looking for.

If you are using a VPN, try turning that off as well.

Having you check this first as I am running the app on multiple devices without issues. So trying to get to the basics.

In addition to the above from spamoni, from your iPad, go to your iCloud account and see if Private Relay is enabled. If it is, try turning it off.

Thanks for the quick response. Looks like I changed the password on my iPhone but not the iPad :scream: ! That might be all that it needs…
