I moved the cam next to the router and try connecting and still won’t connect .. you can view live feed in the app but when I tap on the cam I want to view it’s stuck at step 1of3 of the secure connection ,I’m already connect to the stream don’t get why it;s trying to connect again .. . Live view don’t stream I can go into the options ..
My Duo Door cam works perfect and it’s about 30ft away

Do you have the “auto stream on favorites” enabled? If so turn that off and restart the app. That has been problematic for me and will often cause it so I can’t load live streams of individual cams.
I believe that’s exactly why it has issues, too many concurrent attempts or something.

Not sure what you mean by already connected to the stream then? I don’t even hit the play button on the home screen to make it live there as that will just result in the same potential issue.

There is no play button on your front lawn cam in the favorites view, which would mean you’ve tapped it to start streaming there? What happens if you close the app out (maybe even force quit it in the OS), go in and tap somewhere other than the play button to go straight to the live stream, without streaming on the favorites first?
Did you ever get your app and firmware versions sorted out?
Your Android app should now be at version 3.11.6 (765).
Your Cam Pan v3 firmware should be at version 4.50.16.6242.
Maybe your network is congested or throttled. Try running a speed test with speedtest.net to test your viewing device and use something like the Wyze WIFI Analyzer app to test WiFi connection to your cam.
Network is fine . the Duo Door Cam works fine and it’s the farthest form where the Router is
Like I said Earlier the The the Cams next to the router I still have the Problem.
