Can't connect to Wyze V3

Been using the Wyze V3 for a while now with much success.

All of a sudden I can’t access the camera on the app.

When I try to power cycle the modem, I see a red light and then after a few seconds I hear a mechanical click and the red light turns off.

Any suggestions? I’ve tried holding down the set up button to reset the unit but it doesn’t seem to do anything?

But frustrating because my V2 stopped working in the same way.
