There are three icons you see while playing events video. Only enlarge screen icon works.
Share and download icon does not respond.
I remember being able to share events video few months ago.

I just tested this on v2.50.2 (442) on a Google Pixel 8 Pro and saw a similar response with the Share and Download. They were not working.
I then click on the expand icon, then returned to the smaller view and the Share and Download icons worked.
I am not sure if there is a bug or if the touch area is being finicky.
Can you see if you get the same results?
