Hi veronica. ive reached out to everyone and still have no solution to my issue. my wyze app is not letting me open clips from 6:45 up until around 11:30. I need to be able to access these clips due to safety reasons. Is there anyone that can help me asap with my issue?? i just need to access these clips. its an 04 error and ive tried everything.

Have you reached out to Wyze Customer Support? (The forum is not an official support channel but primarily a user to user community.) If you reached out to Support already, what was the result of that contact?
Hi @kgofshteyn6, I’m sorry that you’re experiencing this issue. @Loki is spot on. While the forum is extremely helpful, for more direct help, please reach out to our support team. The team members in support have more knowledge than most of us because they get in-depth training for every product that is released. They will be able to take you through a series of steps to rule out if this is a hardware issue, internet issue, or software issue. Support is also the people who would be the first to know if there is a known firmware issue related to a specific product. There are a lot of factors at play when it comes to smart tech so please be patient during this process.
If you’re able to access clips before 6:45 and there is only this issue during a certain time period, support will most likely ask that you submit a log inside of the app. If you’ve already done this, please have that log number and share it with whoever you connect with. That log is extremely helpful to our developers and how we address bugs.
Some basic things you can do: make sure that your device is up-to-date, that your on the latest app release, and sometimes it helps to simply reboot the camera. If you have a MicroSD card in your camera, that might be the best short-term solution to have some type of access to footage during that time. If you don’t already have a MicroSD, I highly recommend adding one soon because those cards will allow your camera to save recordings locally.
