Canceled orders

I did not receive a vacuum, Because you Canceled my order 3 times! I am Very unhappy about your reasoning for doing that! And very unhappy I have been highly recommending your products to many of my friends and family! Do not offer to send me free stuff it is not going to help! Because the praise I have bestowed your company will not be coming anymore! In fact I will share my dismay about my service issues!
