Can my spouse also have access to the cams and Wyze Sense equipment on her phone? Also, I would like my brother in-law to have access to various cams for a separate apartment we all have an interest in, can I pick and choose what cams he can view?
All of these things should be possible. You can choose which cameras/sensors to share with whom. The only thing to be aware of is if too many people watch the camera video feed at the same time, you will notice some choppiness in the video.

thanks for reply. additional quick question for you… What, or how do you plugin? Is it direct wire into internet or is it Wi-Fi? Is it a power cord or battery.
Wyze cams connect to your network through 2.4 Ghz Wifi.
They are powered by USB cable and a 120v/240v to 5v USB adapter (like a phone charger).

And remember that at this time you there is no way to stop the sharing of the audio stream, short of removing the microphone.
