CamPlus intermittently activating

I just purchased and signed up for Cam Plus to get full viewing access instead of the 12 second video clips. Since then I would estimate that about 90% of the clips on my two cameras will not even load so I can view them. To get a comparison to the 12 second clips, I went back 3 days to the 12 second clips and randomly attempted to view them. I viewed every clip that I picked. I know that there were a few occasions before when a clip would not open, but that was rare. Has anyone else experienced this issue?2020-10-04T23:23:00Z. I don’t recall how to alert the staff to this post or issue.
