Did I miss an update in wyze policy? When at home in my wifi network I can see my 3 Indoor cameras. But I can no longer get a live feed if I’m out to dinner and want to see my kids cameras while they go down at night with babysitter. They are not accessible anywhere else. They just act like they are loading. Are they wanting to force me to pay a subscription for any services as I don’t pay anything now? I don’t do alerts of any sorts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The v4 got new firmware recently. Someone else posted something similar, and I suggested they check their internet router and see if it has any sort of “advanced security” or “malware protection”. The new authentication mechanism may be triggering a false positive (as frequently happens with those router based protections, particularly in ISP routers). Unfortunately I never saw an update but I would suggest you try that as well.
Of course also try obvious stuff like rebooting your router, cams, phone, etc in case it is just an unrelated glitch.
