Camera shows offline but isn’t

Two of my cameras show offline on my iPhone app but when selecting they aren’t. Still get alerts but show offline

This is a known issue Wyze is looking into. You can fix it by power cycling the camera.

If your able to help Wyze fix the issue, and you have a micro sd card in the camera, you can remove it, put it into your computer, and get the log files off of it. Please email them to microsdcardlogs@wyze.com.

If your not able to do this that’s totally fine, just power cycle the cams and it should be working.

From Wyze:

Core - Cameras appear offline in the app, though they are online and viewable

We’re still looking for microSD card logs for this topic! We’ve received a few and we really appreciate the help. If you’re experiencing this and have a microSD card and a computer that can read the card, please send us a log to look at. Here’s how:

When the device shows offline, please take out the microSD card and wait a second before re-inserting the card (or inserting a new microSD card). The camera will then make two “ding” sounds usually within 30 seconds. On your microSD card, there will be a root or log folder with the device log that you can access with a computer. The files are named as xxxxx_log.txt. If there are multiple logs, select the most recent log file.

When you have the log, please email it along with a description of the issue and the date, time, and time zone that it occurred to:

This will get it back online maybe a third of the time. Most of the time the only solution is wait for it. Might be hours, might be weeks.

I do have an micro sd in the camera and will send logs on Monday
