My Wyze Cam v2 power supply broke. Right now using an iPhone 5v 1amp to power it which is the same as original power supply. Can I use a 5v 2.3amp power supply instead?
Yes. 
You can always use larger than required, but never smaller. A device only draws what it needs. Think of it like plugging a 1 amp (120 watt) radio into a 15 amp (1800 watt) outlet.
