Camera out of phase

My camera dropped but I caught it before it hit the floor. While catching the camera, I slightly shook it. Now, the camera is out of phase. Does Wyze have a solution to repairing an out of phase camera?

It actually looks like the night vision IR filter is stuck on.

Have you tried toggling the IR settings on and off to see if it will retract the IR filter? Do you hear a click? Camera power cycle?

Toggled IR Filter back and forth. No sound when toggling back and forth. So, you are right, it is stuck. Will try power cycle mode.
