I have a subscription for 4 cameras to be Camplus but the app only shows 3 cameras as CP. How do I fix this?

What firmware version is the camera running? Make sure it’s updated.
If the firmware is up to date, try going to services.Wyze.com and sign in with your Wyze account (same log-in as app). You should be able to assign the subscription to the camera there.
What is the camera that does not show up and what is the firmware version it is running?
