We got new cable boxes and a new WiFi name and password but my cameras are still trying to log in the old one. I see under Device Info. that the d WiFi name is there. But I don’t see anywhere to change that. Can anyone help me?
Your cams are tied to the old WiFi name and password. The easiest fix is to change the WiFi name and password on your new cable box to be exactly the same as your old cable box. Your cams will then automatically connect to your new gear.
The other alternative is to reset all of your cams, tying cams to new WiFi name and password. Don’t delete your cams from the Wyze app. Just do a reset on each cam, give each cam the same cam name as currently used, and you won’t have to redo camera settings/preferences. Wyze Cam OG Setup Guide
