I’ve been seeing this for a while on the android beta app, I have 1 camera on my favorites page and it starts streaming fine. However, when I go into a camera group only it streams the others sit trying to connect. Once I view one of the “stuck” cameras individually it will begin streaming on the group page (usually all the stuck cameras will now work). If I leave the app and open it again or go into a different camera group this happens again.
We released a new production app today. Please try it and see if the issue persists.

Same for me since updating the app today Thursday 10/1. It’s only happening on my v4s though and not my v3s.
I am going through this right now. Samsung s24 ultra. Wyze cameras, app and phone fully up to date. I have plenty of bandwidth as well and strong connection
For anyone experiencing this issue can you send in a log and let me know the log number. Could you also let me know what model cameras it is happening on, So far I am seeing the issue with mostly v4 but I need to see if it is happening with other cams also.

Nothing changed for my network or cameras. This started happening within the last hour. Seems like either a server issue or a major cache issue with the app and the servers

Heres a catch. The tablet i use specifically for viewing the cameras loads up immediately. But on the phone it does not. Compatibility issue from the update ? Its been working all this time and just within the last few hours randomly stopped working
Same thing. Cameras in groups often not displaying until at least one camera in group has been selected individually. Then group displays. Mostly V3 cameras, but I have seen in a group with V2 as well.

Yes, Android here. Samsung s25 Ultra. Latest app that updated yesterday. Before that update, it was working fine.

Same experience here since most recent app update. Six cams in one group. Mix of V3, V4, and OG. OG cam is seemingly unaffected. Others don’t stream until I view them individually.
I wanted to give an update to everyone.
First, thank you for all the logs, they definitely helped. We wre able to find the root cause and are currently working on the solution, which we hope to have early next week. I will keep you updated.
Newest update is junk, slow connection can’t view all cameras in a group. Choppy when moving cams.
