Tengo un problema de video con mi cámara, cuando coloco está en HD o 2K el video se ve con fallo y solo se ve bien en resolución 360p, lo cual hace deficiente la cámara, si alguien sabe cómo solucionar este error, se lo agradecería muchísimo.

Are you recording to a microSD card? If so, and if you pull the card to examine videos, then what do those look like? The still image you show in your events list looks normal, so I’m not sure that there’s a problem with the camera’s ability to capture images. The way you’re describing the problem makes me wonder if there’s a bandwidth issue or something else with your Wi-Fi signal when you’re trying to stream at higher resolutions.

I’ve had the same issue with my Cam Pan V4. For me it was a Wi-Fi bandwidth problem, worked fine at 360p but lagged in HD/2K. Moving the cam closer to the router and using 5GHz fixed it.
